Abstract

Dalam suatu proyek akan ada kegagalan dan kendala yang disebabkan karena rendahnya kinerja atau produktivitas tenaga kerja. Salah satu contoh yaitu proyek peningkatan kualitas kawasan kumuh perkotaan Sungai Kapih Samarinda yang mengalami keterlambatan pada tahap pekerjaan penyiapan pondasi jalan yang diakibatkan oleh cuaca. Penjadwalan proyek yang baik akan meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan atau bahkan kegagalan dalam proyek. Untuk memaksimalkan waktu yang ada dalam durasi pelaksanaan proyek agar penyelesaian tidak tertunda, maka dibutuhkan suatu metode penjadwalan yang dapat memaksimalkan waktu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management), yaitu metode penambahan waktu aman (safety time) yang pada umumnya diletakkan pada setiap aktivitas akan dihilangkan dan digantikan dengan waktu penyangga (buffer time) yang diletakkan di akhir critical chain sebagai cadangan waktu pada keseluruhan proyek. Metode CCPM berguna untuk merubah suatu durasi waktu dan besaran biaya setelah diterapkan metode tersebut. Hasil analisis data yaitu pekerjaan yang berada pada lintasan kritis adalah pekerjaan penyiapan badan jalan, lapis pondasi agregat kelas B (leveling), galian tanah, pondasi cerucuk, penyediaan dan pemancangan, pasangan batu gunung, plester 1:3, PJU (Penerangan Jalan Umum) solar dengan kode F1,F2,F3,F4,E1,E2,E30,D1. Berdasarkan Bar Chart yang menghasilkan waktu 48 hari kerja, feeding buffer 12 hari dan project buffer 44,5 hari, sehingga dibutuhkan waktu 92,5 hari kerja. Penerapan metode CCPM memberikan penghematan sebesar Rp 150.985.476,71 apabila buffer tidak digunakan, dan jika buffer digunakan maka akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp 150.985.476,71
