Abstract

CV Andhika Kencana merupakan kontraktor yang sudah berpengalaman mengerjakan proyek-proyek dan telah bekerjasama dengan banyak perusahaan. PT Ecco Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang saat ini bekerjasama dengann CV Andhika Kencana untuk menyelesaikan proyek disana. Proyek yang dikerjakan oleh CV Andhika Kencana di PT Ecco Indonesia adalah pemasangan instalasi pipa angin dan kompresor mulai dari ruang kompresor sampai ke area produksi. Pemasangan pipa kompresor digunakan untuk menjalankan mesin-mesin automotion yang ada di area produksi. Udara bertekanan dihasilkan dari kompresor yang nantinya akan dihubungkan dengan pipa-pipa hingga sampai ke mesin-mesin automotion tersebut. Permasalahan disini adalah bagaimana melakukan penjadwalan pemasangan pipa agar tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan anggaran yang telah ditentukan di awal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Hasil yang didapat adalah jalur kritis pada proyek ini aktifitas A,B,D,F,H,I,K,M,N,O, serta probabilitas proyek pemasangan pipa angin dapat diselesaikan 60 hari adalah 72,91%. Setelah dilakukan percepatan dengan lembur 2 jam/hari, proyek dapat selesai 42 hari lebih cepat daripada normal yang 50 hari. Sedangkan dari biaya pekerja terjadi peningkatan sebesar Rp 38.625.000 lebih tinggi daripada normal yaitu Rp 33.300.000.
