Abstract

UMKM Surya Agung Percussion yang berlokasi di Dsn. Kaliwot RT 18, RW 07, Desa Bungah, Kec. Bungah, Gresik merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi alat music rebana. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM Surya Agung Percussion berupa rebana, hadrah, marawis, dan darbuka. Produk unggulan dari UMKM tersebut adalah rebana. Dalam proses prosuksinya, UMKM Surya Agung Percussion memiliki mesin penghalus rebana yang berkapasitas 50 pcs/hari. Kapasitas dari mesin tersebut tidak mampu menutupi permintaan rebana yang bisa mencapai hingga 400pcs tiap minggunya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rancang ulang alat penghalus rebana yang ergonomis dan sesuai dengan anthropometri pekerja serta alat tersebut mampu menghaluskan rebana sebanyak 42pcs/jam dengan efisiensi waktu sebesar 54,5 menit. Rancang ulang alat tersebut juga dapat meningkatkan peroduktivitas perusahaan sebesar 68%.
