Abstract

Treaties or contracts have ties and ties to bonding, but obligations that have to be fulfilled in an attachment are not always fulfilled in reality so as to result in a woman's achievement or pledge injury that can be completed using a simple suit. There is a time limit in the 2015 government's ruling on the simple two-year rule of a lawsuit, which has been decided over a period of 25 days, but in its implementation, many of the decisions a simple lawsuit made over the time limit create two more problems: How are the characteristics of a small claim court (small claim court) suit of women filed in the public court and how the result of a law ruling against a simple lawsuit of women can exceed a 25-day period.
