Abstract

Tingkat persaingan dalam industri tape sering menjadi perbincangan saat ini, karena peluang bisnis tape yang menjanjikan sebagai produk oleh – oleh khas kota Bondowoso. Selain itu, terjadinya penurunan ketersediaan bahan baku singkong sejak terjadinya pandemi Covid – 19 mendorong produsen tape untuk mencari bahan dengan kualitas terbaik. Raja tape merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pangan bertempatkan di Bondowoso, Jawa Timur. Sering kali persediaan singkong kuning mengambil kepada tengkulak walaupun selisih harganya berbeda yang mengakibatkan ketidak seimbangan antara jumlah permintaan dan persediaan di periode berikutnya. Tidak hanya memperhatikan dari sisi hasil bersih ubi kayu saja, namun kebutuhan lahan singkong juga akan berpengaruh pada hasil panen. Mulai dari kebutuhan luas lahan, jumlah pohon, jarak tanam, bahkan hingga luas panen akan diperhatikan, karena itu semua akan saling berkaitan. Setelah dilakukannya observasi dan juga wawancara pada pemilik Raja Tape maka dari itu peneliti mengidentifikasi adanya permasalahan manajemen rantai pasok. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan kebutuhan dari tiap komponen yang ada di aliran rantai pasok tape yaitu luas lahan singkong 19.468m²dan 22.214,4m² ditanami dengan 24.960 pohon singkong dan hasil panennya mencapai . Proses pengukusan singkong membutuhkan sebanyak 1.372 liter dan membutuhkan 252 butir untuk 450pcs kemasan tape. Luas lahan pohon pisang 233.100m² dan 328.500m² ditanami sebanyak 4.500 pohon, selanjutnya persediaan besek bambu sebanyak 250. Tali rafia yang dibutuhkan untuk sehari produksi yaitu 65m. Selain besek, kemasan kardus juga dibutuhkan sebanyak 200 kardus yang membutuhkan kayu sebagai bahan utamanya sebanyak 952kg.
