Abstract

PT. XYZ is a healthcare company that has been certified ISO 13485 so its vision and mission has been aligned with international management standards. To design a system of inventory warehouse there are many methods that can be used, but looking at the conditions and requirements of the system then use the Association Rule method with the Apriori algorithm which aims to generate recommendations for the addition of raw materials and products based on the results of mining data on previous data. Use of the Rule Method with the Algorithm to find the raw materials combinations that are commonly used in the product PT. XYZ. After the occurrence of the Method apriori feed will be continued with the Single Exponential Smoothing method aimed at finding predictions for the use of raw material during a few periods later. The result of the predictive calculations that have been optimalisasii of several months has a total accuracy value of 45.39% with a value of α 0.197 of the data prior to optimization which has an α value of 0.766 with an overall accuration of 29.94%.
