Abstract
This research was conducted to discuss the feasibility of a cassava chips business in Sadang Village, Jatirogo District, Tuban Regency. Cassava is processed into chips as a snack product which is then sold, thereby increasing added value and having the potential for promising business opportunities. There were six cassava chips business actors who were informants in this research. The research method used is descriptive research. The analytical tools applied involve fixed costs, variable costs, total production costs, revenues, profits, and evaluation of business feasibility using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) calculation method with the highest value being 2.27 and the lowest being 1.50, Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) with the highest value is 1.66 and the lowest is 0.50, and Return On Investment (ROI) with the highest value is 6.07% and the lowest is 2.69% to know that the business is feasible or not to run. From these calculations it can be concluded that the cassava chips business is worth continuing/running.
