Abstract

This reseach is intended to describes one of fundamental business moral issues, which is called "Corporate Social Responsibility." An intensive case study, in a firm that successfully actualize this kind of business moral has proven that such firm has been benefited from its decision. lnternal benefits found from such decision can be the increasing quality and lines of product, better image of firm, and increasing firm's capacity to maintain and extend its international market, while its external benefits can be the firm's significant role to improve community economy and culture, as well as environment quality. This finding is consistent with stakeholders theory by Freeman (1984) and Post (2000).
