Abstract
Pada perencanaan yang di lakukan ini bertujuan untuk membuat mesin press papan partikel dengan poros ulir agar dapat meringankan pekerjaan dalam pembuatan papan partikel secara manual. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan mesin press ini yaitu dengan pemotongan bahan kemudian dilakukan perakitan mesin yang terdiri dari motor, gearbox, poros transmisi, puli, sabuk v, dan bearing serta menggunakan rangka baja kanal unc.
