Abstract
The Village Consultative Body (BPD) has the responsibility together with the Village Head to design and ratify regulations for the implementation of government and development in the Village. Community aspirations can be interpreted as community views or opinions which include thoughts, assumptions, choices, and hopes. With the aspirations of the community, it can be seen the level of openness and the extent to which this level of openness is reflected in the quality of the community's aspirations. Performance is an important condition that should be seen and conveyed to related parties to assess the extent to which the institution's success is related to the organization's vision and to understand the good and bad consequences of certain operational policies. In this research, we assess how BPD Jumputrejo performs in channeling community aspirations. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The results of this research are that the performance of Jumputrejo BPD in channeling community aspirations is quite good and is by predetermined operational standards and procedures.
