Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Suara Hati Sharia Cooperative (KOSSUHA) has faced the challenges of good governance principles in the context of the digital era 5.0 and its impact on member welfare. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and collects data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Suara Hati Sharia Cooperative (KOSSUHA) has successfully faced the challenges of good governance principles in the digital era 5.0 towards improving member welfare. Among the principles of good governance consisting of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. In the principle of accountability, members still cannot withdraw money directly on the smartcoop application.
