Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential success of micro tempe businesses in Sepande Village, Candi Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation and interviews. Six informantswere selected as research subjects to gather relevant data. The collected data includes initial capital, expenses, total revenue, and monthly income. These data will be analyzed using calculation methods such as Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), and Return on Investment (ROI). The results of the calculations using these methods should exceed a value of 1 (1) for the micro tempe business in Sepande Village, Candi Sub- district, Sidoarjo Regency to be considered feasible to continue. Business feasibility analysis from the research results can be concluded that the average value of the B/C Ratio is 1,109; R/C Ratio of 2,108; and ROI of 94% The results of the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) calculation will indicate the effectiveness of the generated income compared to the expenses. The results of this research can be explained that based on the data obtained using the analysis above, the tempe micro business has the feasibility of continuing the business.
