Abstract

The convection business is a business that is heavily involved in by the people of Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency. The convection business is also a very profitable business. Moreover, the convection business is classified as a business that will always run because the convection business is a business that operates in the textile sector which is included in the primary needs that will always be needed. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of the convection business in Tritunggal village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency financially which is analyzed using the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) and Return On Investment (ROI). This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this research are convection business actors in Tritunggal village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency and the object of this research is an analysis of the feasibility of convection businesses. The resource persons for this research were 6 people who were entrepreneurs in the convection pond business. The data collection method was carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that after carrying out calculations from the financial aspect, 6 convection business actors are feasible to run even though the 6 business actors have different production amounts, as well as costs that depend on the production amount. The results from 6 business actors obtained B/C > 1, R/C > 1 and ROI > 1, which means that the convection business is feasible to run, Because the results obtained were profitable for the 6 informants in the convection business.
