Abstract
This research was conducted at several Lento Home Industries in Sidowungu Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the lento home industry in Sidowungu Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. In analyzing the data using the cost and profit analysis formula. While in analyzing business feasibility using the Revenue Cost (R/C) formula, and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C). The results showed that the average revenue in the lento home industry in Sidowungu Village was Rp 47,600,000/month with average production costs of Rp 19,233,730/month. The production costs consist of fixed costs averaging Rp 422,930/month and variable costs averaging Rp 18,810,800/month. From the results of data analysis, the average lento home industry profit is Rp 28,366,270/month. Based on the calculation of business feasibility with (R/C) ratio, the (R/C) ratio value is 2.46 or 2.46 1. (B/C) ratio has an average value of 1.46 or 1.46>0. So it can be concluded that the Lento Home Industry in Sidowungu Village can be said to be feasible to run.
