Abstract
The stone crusher industry is an industry consisting of companies that supply raw materials for construction where these companies process andesite stone into split stone by splitting the stone with a stone crusher machine. The three companies studied were PT Airlanggatama Nusantarasakti, CV Sinar Surya Cempaka and Ika Abadi producing the same type of product, namely split stone and stone ash, but the prices between the three companies were different and these three companies experienced difficulties in setting selling prices due to strict price competition. The company's main goal in running a business is to gain profit, however these three companies feel that the profits they earn are small. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing production costs and determining selling prices in the stone crusher industry. This research took data directly from three informants by filling in research questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using quantitative data to explain, provide an overview, and report a situation. Quantitative data was processed using Microsoft Excel. The research steps taken include analyzing production costs starting from total fixed costs, total variable costs, total costs, average fixed costs, average variable costs and average costs, then analyzing through contribution margin and selling price to determine the condition of the company based on production costs and set selling prices. The results of the analysis findings show that PT Airlanggatama Nusantarasakti is in a state of loss because the margin contribution value is negative and the selling price set is at the bottom between variable costs per unit and average costs. CV Sinar Surya Cempaka and Ika Abadi are in a state safe in the short term but loses in the long term because the margin contribution value is positive even though it is still relatively low and the selling price set is between the variable cost per unit and the average cost.
