Abstract
This research uses qualitative research methods The data analysis method used calculates costs, revenue, income and knows the analysis of business feasibility using the B / C Ratio, R / C Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI) and BEP. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of various fruit juice drinks in Gubeng District, Surabaya City. This research involved 6 informants who are business owners of various fruit juice drinks in Gubeng District, Surabaya City. The results showed that the business of various fruit juice drinks from the 6 informants according to the feasibility test obtained from the B / C Ratio> 0, R / C Ratio> 1, ROI> 0% and BEP has exceeded the break-even point, so it can be concluded that the business of various fruit juices in Gubeng District, Surabaya City is feasible to be cultivated and developed. The results showed that the average total cost of 6 informants of various fruit juice beverage business owners was Rp13,160,135/month, revenue was Rp22,775,000/month, profit was Rp9,614,865/month. Calculation of business feasibility using the B / C Ratio obtained an average result of 0.73 where the B / C Ratio> 0, R / C Ratio obtained an average result of 1.73 where the R / C Ratio> 1, ROI obtained an average result of 64,33% where ROI> 0%, BEP unit obtained an average result of 257 units, BEP price obtained an average result of IDR 2,478,500. The limitation of this research is the relatively short time in the process of data collection, data processing, and data analysis which is done quickly and briefly. In addition, some informants when answering questions from researchers answered only estimates.
