Abstract
In this modern era, everyone has their own lifestyle in enjoying coffee. One of them is by choosing a coffee shop that is comfortable, has many menu variants and good service. In Surabaya, the coffee business is growing rapidly with the emergence of various coffee shops, one example of which is Belikopi which provides various drinks and snacks. Buy coffee not only provides coffee but there are many different variants of drinks and food. The research objectives to be achieved are in accordance with the problem formulation that has been explained and to find out, analyze and answer the influence of service quality, brand trust, customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in Belikopi, East Surabaya. This research took respondents from East Surabaya with a total of 102 respondents. In field implementation this research tock primary data, namely using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and data normality test. Overall, the indicators used in this research are valid (because the correlation coefficient is > 0.195 with a significance level < 0.05) and reliable (because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value is > 0.6) The results of hypothesis testing conclude that partially service quality, brand trust and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty in Belikopi East Surabaya. And simultaneously service quality, brand trust and customer.
