Abstract

The research objective to be achieved according to the existing problem formulation is to determine the influence of Transparency, Accountability and Public Trust on Village Progress in Kemiri Village, Sidoarjo District. The population in this study was the people of Kemiri Village, totaling 4,627 people. This research took respondents from several village officials and communities who live in Kemiri Village, with a total of 100 respondents, using purposive sampling techniques. In implementation in the field, this research took primary data, namely by using a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained from Kemiri Village officials includes village history, organizational structure, population data, financial reports such as APBD, PAD. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical research, using SPSS Statistics Version 22 tools. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include the Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Data Normality Test. Overall, the indicators used in this research are valid because they have met the prerequisite tests. The results of the analysis concluded that 1) the transparency variable in managing village funds partially had a significant effect on village progress; 2) Accountability in managing village funds partially has a significant effect on Village Progress; 3) Meanwhile, the Public Trust variable has no effect on Village Progress; 4) Transparency, Accountability, Public Trust in the management of Village Funds simultaneously also have a significant influence on village progress.
