Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate how differences in electrode liquid immersion and electric current impact the mechanical properties of the weld While electric current is the main factor influencing the formation of a welded joint, liquid immersion of the electrode is an important component in the welding process. The experimental method was carried out using various choices of electrode fluids and various electric currents during the welding process. The weld results are tested for mechanical properties such as tensile strength, hardness, and toughness. Using statistical analysis, we can discover how the independent variables electrode fluid and electric current-are related to the mechanical response. The research results show that electric current affects the toughness of the material, while variations in the electrode fluid affect the tensile strength and hardness of the welded joint. Better understanding how electrode fluids interact with electric current can help improve the quality of weld results. This research contributes to the development of more efficient and mechanically superior welding techniques; it focuses on the selection of the electrode fluid and proper regulation of the electric current to achieve the desired mechanical properties in the weld joint. This research can be used to optimize welding parameters in the manufacturing industry.
