Abstract

This research aims to analyze differences in finametal performance beneven mote-owned banks and Nananal Private Banka from 2019 to 2022 The level of bank health is measured using the RGEC approach (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance. Farsangs. Capital) in nccordance with PBM Number 131 PRI/2011 and POJK Number 4 POJK.03/2016 concerning Assessment of the Soudness Level of Commercial Banks and financial distress is measured using the Zoujowiski model. This research is a type of descriptive and comparative research with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this research is secondary data The samples seved were 4 state-owned banks, Bank Mandiri, BRI, UNI, and BTN, while private hanks were BCA, Bank CIMB, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata The data analysas technique uses the Independent Sample t-test statistical test and the Mann Whimey test. The research results show that based on the analysts of risk profile aspects (NPI and LDR), GCG, and earnings (ROA, NIM, BOPO), there is no difference in the health level of state-owned banks and private banks. Meanwhile, in the capital aspect (CAR), there are differences in the level of soundness between state-owned banks and private banks. The Zmijewski X-score method shows that there is no significant difference in financial distress conditions between state-owned banks and private banks. The conclusions in this research show that overall results from 2019 to 2022 state-owned banks and private banks are in a healthy condition.
