Abstract

The crime of TPPU (Crime of Money Laundering) poses serious problems for the state and society, it can undermine the stability of the country's economy in addition to the effects of criminal acts that are closely related to the state's finances. The crime of money laundering is regulated in Law No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes. The crime of money laundering can fall into the category of Extraodinary Crimes, because it can have a serious impact on the country's economy. As the age grows more complex, it looks at the jurisdiction, as well as various methods of committing money laundering crimes, involving organizations outside the financial system, or even various sectors of the economy. The study focused on aspects of money laundering carried out passively by Criminal Offences; more specifically, looked at aspects of money laundering by Criminal Offences committed by children living in rural areas. However, although they are children who have led lives that go beyond the law, they are generally referred to as ABH (children who have strong ties to the law). Whenever there is an inspection, from the initial planning stage to the actual implementation process, their rights are constantly violated and not protected. Seeing this is also necessary to try Diversification as a solution to criminal cases by putting forward the principle of restorative justice. For children of offenders, the aim is to achieve peace on the part of the victim with the offender's child in order to resolve cases outside the judicial process and to try to distance the child from loss of independence and/or abandonment of detention far from humanity. On the part of the victim, diversion is an attempt to restore the state of the victim in his original position for the losses suffered.
