Abstract
This research problem involves a legal analysis of liability for Artificial Intelligence (AI) decisions in companies. The intent is to understand its legal impact, while the aim is to provide a comprehensive legal view regarding the implications of Artificial Intelligence in the corporate context. The type of research is Normative. With a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Research methods are used to determine legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues faced. This type of normative research is also often referred to as doctrinal research. Usually, this research is used in the legal field to find the truth through analyzing the relationship between various parts of a legal text, with the use of cohesive language elements. The research results show that currently there are no regulations that specifically regulate and contain liability for losses caused by Artificial Intelligence in Indonesia. The research results show that liability is the responsibility of the company if Artificial Intelligence is developed by the company, then that responsibility lies with the company. If Artificial Intelligence is developed from outside, the developer is responsible.
