Abstract
Parking is a facility that is provided in a school. Where this facility has an important role for this progress. A well-defined parking system will make vehicle users feel comfortable. Users can carry out maximum activities without a good parking system which can cause various problems. Like the parking arrangement system at the Alam Insan Mulia School, Surabaya, the parking arrangement at the Alam Insan Mulia School, Surabaya is still manual, vehicle parking management still uses parking attendants/security guards and is assisted by communication tools such as Handy talkie (HT) to direct and control parked vehicles. The current condition of the location of the Alam Insan Mulia Surabaya School is that it has no traffic signals and no traffic police post, and the parking area is inadequate, causing traffic jams that make it impossible for the school to be close to other schools, namely (MTS, SMA 20, SMP 30 ) and lack of adequate parking facilities as intended which can cause traffic jams because the width of the road when entering the car/motorbike park is around 3-4 meters and causes very long queues when entering school at 07.00 and leaving school at 16.00 and The width of the road is very small, around 6m from the shoulder so that there is parking access at the Alam Insan Mulia School, Surabaya.
