Abstract

Among humans living with imperfections is the disability that some call a vulnerable group. The most widely accepted treatment of discrimination and the rights of his rights are often unfulfilled. As Indonesian citizens, it should be expected to receive special treatment for disability, which is intended asa safeguard against vulnerability to discrimination and especially human rights abuses. Today in Indonesia, many economies of disability are below the poverty line and limited access to special jobs. Especially in the unfortunate city, there is little labor training for those with advanced ages at work, with a steady amount of disability support. Hence, these vocational training facilities are designed to meet the needs of those who are handicapped especially disabled, deaf, and speech - impaired in the city by considering their behavioral architecture approaches and thus can provide comfort, security, ease, and improve their skills potential. To create that would require considerable consideration to the reactions of the individual and to the pattern of pixers, characteristics, and dispositions of humans using. Not only that, accessibility, shape, zoning, materials, size, symbols and default data on disability design for job training facilities in the poor city.
