Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic at the beginning of 2020 was a deep sorrow for all countries. Restricted and limited activities are things that must be implemented to avoid transmission. In this case, selling in public or auctions is one of the activities that is prohibited from being carried out face to face. Reading the auction minutes by the auction official is something that must be done in making an authentic deed, but if this is not done then the auction is carried out online then the authenticity of the deed is doubtful, especially regarding how strong the proof of the Risa is. Auction via internet media, later of course it will be compared to the strength of the authentic deed proof because the public wants legal certainty. ng perfect. This research wants to analyze the validity of the auction minutes deed as an authentic deed in the implementation of online auctions and what legal consequences there are for auction signatures in the process of purchasing auction items (digital signature) in online auctions. To find legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to find the legal issues being faced. Normative legal research is carried out by solving existing problems, using a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research show that the implementation of online auctions raises legal issues, namely, the authenticity of the auction minutes deed is still in doubt, the implementation of auctions online online cannot be done effectively, and the state has not been able to make the regulations that have been made effective. Thus, this research was carried out as an effort to determine the validity of the auction minutes deed as an authentic deed in conducting online auctions.
