Abstract
In the highly competitive business era, employee performance evaluation becomes a critical element for the sustainability of an organization. Effective performance evaluation plays a crucial role in providing a clear understanding of employees' contributions to organizational goals, career development, and motivating employees to achieve optimal performance. This research aims to design a web-based performance evaluation information system using the 360- degree feedback method. Testing was conducted using 68 test cases in black box testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire with 20 respondents. The test results demonstrated the success of all test cases and a high level of user satisfaction, ensuring the system's readiness for implementation in the PT. UMDI environment. The integration of good functional performance and high user satisfaction indicates that the system is ready to operate optimally according to the company's needs. Thus, this research provides a positive contribution to the development of a performance evaluation information system in the company.
