Abstract

Transformator Daya adalah salah satu peralatan inti yang terdapat di gardu induk. Kebutuhan listrik tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan beban, agar transformator bekerja dengan optimal maka harus di perhatikan juga mengenai pembebanannya. Menurut IEC 354 apabila transformator dibebani stabil 100% dengan kondisi sekitar 20℃ dan suhu belitan 98℃, tetapi apabila suhu lingkungan lebih dari 20℃ maka umur transformator akan mengalami penurunan. Berdasarkan kondisi kelebihan beban dan paparan suhu lingkungan yang melebihi tingkat standar, akan terjadi menyebabkan penuaan termal pada isolasi pada transformator, yang dapat menyebabkan “penyusutan” umurnya. Contoh trafo yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah trafo daya. yang dipasang mulai tahun 2011 di gardu induk Surabaya barat. Transformator ini dioperasikan pada suhu lingkungan maksimum 33℃. Untuk memperkirakan sisa umur trafo, dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan suhu hot spot. perkirakan umur transformator dihitung dengan menggunakan metode analisis trend linier, untuk eskalasi beban transformator ini. Dalam penelitian ini data pembebanan yang digunakan adalah transformator daya 60 MVA dari tahun 2020-2022 yaitu untuk memprediksi usia pakai transformator dari faktor kenaikan pembebanan ditahun mendatang pada PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Malang Gardu Induk Surabaya Barat dengan menggunakan metode trend linear, metode trend linear bertujuan untuk meramalkan pembeban pada tahun selanjutnya dan setiap tahun pembebanan mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 2%. Untuk mengetahui hasil peramalan beban, didapatkan hasil beban dari tahun 2023 dengan persamaan trend linear sebesar77.32, pada tahun 2024 sebesar 78.74, pada tahun 2025 sebesar 80.32, pada tahun 2026 sebesar 81.92, pada tahun 2027 sebesar 83.54, pada tahun 2028 sebesar 85.21, pada tahun 2029 sebesar 86.91, pada tahun 2030 sebesar 88.64. Maka berdasarkan perhitungan bahwa prediksi usia pakai transformator daya 60 MVA pada tahun 2030 mendatang yang memiliki nilai susut umur sebesar 1,2 p.u atau diperkirakan umur transformator daya yang tersisa ialah 1 tahun 6 bulan dengan pembebanan 88.64%.
