Abstract

The legal protections afforded to outsourced workers in corporate mergers and acquisitions are becoming an increasingly relevant phenomenon in the ever�changing business world, where changes in company ownership can have a significant impact on outsourced workers working through Outsourcing companies. Changes in company ownership through mergers and acquisitions often result in uncertainty for outsourced workers, because they do not have the same working relationship as the acquiring company. This can increase the risk of unilateral termination of employment for outsourced workers, and this issue is becoming increasingly important as the use of outsourced labor increases in various industrial sectors. The main objective of this research is to investigate the existing legal framework, including Outsourcing contracts, employment regulations, Outsourcing workers' rights and legal resolution of Outsourcing worker disputes. The methodology used is normative law, which analyzes applicable legal regulations and evaluates the suitability and fairness of the legal protection provided to outsourced workers. The research results highlight various challenges and potential limitations in the legal protection of outsourced workers during the merger and acquisition process. However, this research also identifies best practices that companies and regulators can adopt to improve legal protections for outsourced workers in similar situations. It is hoped that this research will provide an important contribution to legal practitioners, corporate managers and regulators in designing more informed strategies to protect the rights of outsourced workers in these vulnerable situations, while increasing general understanding of the complexity of this issue.
