Abstract

In a competitive work environment, a company would want to improve the quality of employees to form a creative and contributing team. Talent development in the Human Resources (HR) department is an important role in determining the success of the company and affects various aspects of organizational performance. This research aims to create a web-based talent pool management information system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Testing was carried out with 43 test cases in black box testing and an assessment of 20 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire obtained a score of 68 which means acceptable. The test findings showed success in all test situations and a good level of user satisfaction. The SAW approach also helped speed up the process of selecting the best employees, proving the system's readiness to be implemented in the company. The integration between excellent functional performance and appropriate user satisfaction levels reflects the system's readiness to meet the company's needs. Thus, this research provides positive value to the establishment of a talent pool management information system within the company.
