Abstract
At the beginning of the planning for the construction of Tower ITS 2, the foundation was determined using a pilecap combination of piles with a depth of 20 m, but after carrying out soil tests it was discovered that at a depth of 12m the hard ground had already been found. This change in the length of the spun pile resulted in the need to adjust the number of spun pile points to a greater number in order to provide stability against soil shifts. Changes in the number of piling points will of course also have an impact on the dimensions of the planned pile cap, where in the initial plan using a pile cap foundation changes to a raft foundation. Because the Raft Foundation is a local foundation, this foundation can be used on less stable soil to distribute the load evenly to the ground below. The raft foundation work took 189 days. Therefore, to shorten the time to complete the work, the researchers analyzed using the Crashing Method. Method of accelerating work completion by determining the critical path and analyzing additional labor and working hours. From these two methods, the most ef icient completion time was obtained, namely 181 days with the option of increasing labor by 25% and reducing costs by up to 0.17%.
