Abstract
Warehouses as one of the supporting facilities of a company have various functions. This research conducted a study on a warehouse construction project belonging to PT Citiplumb in Plosowahyu, Lamongan Regency. The problem found in the construction of the project was the difference in calculating the steel volume requirements. One effort to overcome the problems above is to use Revit software. Revit is a computer application created by Autodesk, an application with a BIM (Building Information Modeling) concept. The aim of this research is to analyze the volume of steel required and the costs required using Revit software compared to conventional methods. The data in this research include project drawings, BoQ and budget plans (RAB). The data that has been obtained is then processed and redesigned using Revit software until the analysis stage is carried out. The results of the Revit software analysis show that the volume difference in WF 300 steel work is 131.29 Kg, WF column work is 1,134.33 Kg, WF 200 beam work is 4,397.92 Kg, WF 250 rafter work is 1,146.83 Kg and WF rafter work 150 is 116.6 Kg. In the cost calculation, there is a difference of IDR 91,822,914.45 or 4,11% greater than the calculation using Revit software.
