Abstract

Pengendalian proyek yang kurang efektif, perubahan spesifikasi yang dilakukan perencana, dan keterlambatan pengadaan material dapat menyebabkan terlambatnya penyelesaian proyek. Penyelesaian proyek konstruksi preservasi jalan SP. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II dapat terlambat karena perubahan spesifikasi tiang pancang oleh perencana dan terhambatnya pengadaan tiang pancang. Jaringan kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta percepatan kegiatan dibutuhkan untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa kegiatan yang terdapat pada jalur kritis proyek adalah T dengan menggunakan software Microsoft Project 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kegiatan yang terdapat pada jalur kritis proyek, menganalisa biaya item pekerjaan yang terdapat padajalur kritis proyek, menganalisa durasi penyelesaian proyek konstruksi preservasi jalan SP. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II setelah dilakukan percepatan pekerjaan pada jalur kritis. Jalur kritis proyek meliputi : kegiatan mobilisasi, galian biasa, timbunan biasa dari sumber galian, penyiapan badan jalan, pekerjaan lapis pondasi agregat kelas A, pekerjaan lapis pondasi agregat kelas S, pekerjaan perkerasan beton semen, pekerjaan beton struktur fc’ 20 MPa, pekerjaan beton struktur fc’ 20 MPa untuk bahu jalan, pemasangan baja tulangan polos-BjTP 280, pemasangan anyaman kawat yang dilas (Welded Wiremesh), dan perbaikan lapis pondasi agregat kelas A. Durasi total penyelesaian proyek selama 238 hari hari kalender dapat dipercepat menjadi 214 hari kalender dengan total crash cost Rp. 57.298.087.910,01.
