Abstract

Construction activities are project activities related to building and infrastructure activities which include work activities in the field of civil engineering. In the Trenggalek Land Office Archives Building project, it is a place for final project research. Delays in presenting project work plan targets in the schedule are problems that require rescheduling and acceleration of project work, because if project work items can be completed quickly and precisely then the time required for the work can be completed earlier than planned before being accelerated. In this research, time and cost evaluation uses the CPM method as a tool in solving critical path problems, reading the critical path of work and the Crassing method to determine the comparison of costs and time due to acceleration. The software used for normal scheduling and determining work in the critical path is Microsoft Project 2013. The data analysis used is the master schedule, RAB, HSPK for 2022. The normal work time for the Trenggalek Land Office Archives Building project is 149 days at a cost of Rp. 2,550,000,000.00. After applying the CPM and Crashing methods to the project, an acceleration time of 16 days was obtained with the addition of 1 hour of overtime per day on critical path work. The total cost of critical path work is Rp. 170,253, 264.07 and the time required after being accelerated becomes 133 days with a total cost of Rp. 2, 720,253,264.07
