Abstract
Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha pedagang lontong kupang di area Pantai Ria Kenjeran Kota Surabaya yang merupakan salah satu usaha mikro kecil menengah yang bergerak dibidang kuliner dan dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berada di area Pantai Ria Kenjeran Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data primer yang digunakan adalah hasil dari wawancara dengan informan pedagang lontong kupang di area Pantai Ria Kenjeran Kota Surabaya. Pantai Ria Kenjeran terletak di sebelah timur laut Kota Surabaya lebih tepatnya di Kecamatan Bulak. Karakteristik informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi usia pedagang lontong kupang, tingkat pendidikan pedagang lontong kupang dan lama pedagang lontong kupang dalam menjalankan usahanya. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah R/C rasio, B/C rasio dan ROI. Dari aspek keuangan penerimaan, pendapatan dan sejumah biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan pedagang. Penerimaan biaya pedagang lontong kupang berkisar antara Rp 6.000.000 hingga Rp 12.000.000 dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan berkisar antara Rp 2.000.000 hingga Rp 5.000.000 dan dapat memperoleh pendapatan berkisar antara Rp 3.000.000 hingga Rp 6.000.000. Hasil perhitungan R/C rasio menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan > 1, B/C rasio menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan > 1 dan ROI > 100% usaha layak untuk dijkembangkan. Menurut hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa usaha pedagang lontong kupang di area Pantai Ria Kenjeran Kota Surabaya layak untuk dijalankan dan memliki potensi yang baik apabila dikembangkan.
