Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan mindful parenting dengan stres pengasuhan pada ibu yang memiliki anak usia middle childhood di lembaga anak hebat (AHE) Morosunggingan Jombang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang ibu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala mindful parenting dan stres pengasuhan. Proses analisis data menggunakan kolerasi Spearman Rho dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Diperoleh hasil -0,425 dengan p=0,02 (p<0,05). Artinya ada hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara mindful parenting dengan stres pengasuhan, semakin tinggi mindful parenting maka semakin rendah stres pengasuhan pada ibu. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah mindful parenting , maka semakin tinggi tingkat stres pengasuhan pada ibu. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, diterima.
