Abstract

Angkringan are very familiar to the public, especially in Java. Generally, Angkringan are in the form of simple tent stalls with hours of operation in the afternoon until early morning. The most popular menu fromthe warung, which is often considered a small wong stall, is, of course, Nasi Kucing (which in Javanese is called Sego Kucing). Usually side dishes such as dried chili tempeh, fried anchovies, quail egg satay, intestinal satay, claw satay, etc. As for drinks, they generally sell ginger brew, ginger milk, sweet tea, orange juice and coffee. Angkringan in Keboan Sikep Village, Gedangan Sub-district, have started to grow because there are too many producers so that the competition between angkringan entrepreneurs is very tight, making competition to maintain the quality of food and service. This type of research is a qualitative research using Return On Investment (ROI), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) calculators as indicators of the feasibility of an angkringan business. The datain this study are primary data obtained directly from informants through interviews and observations made to angkringan business actors inKeboansikep village, Gedangan sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency who have been in business for more than 1 year. The data obtained from the angkringan business in Keboansikepvillage, Gedangan sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, have different monthly income. Then the total monthly expenditure of the 6 informants was taken foran average income of Rp. 11,095,514/month and the average expenditure of the 6 informants was Rp. 5,449,452/month. The results of the feasibility studyof angkringan businesses in Keboansikep village, Gedangan sub�district, Sidoarjo regency include several aspects, namely the overall average ROI of angkringan businesses in Keboansikep village, Gedangan sub-district, Sidoarjo district is 208.4%. The overall average R/C of angkringan in Keboansikep village, Gedangan sub�district, Sidoarjo district is 3.08. The overall average B/C of angkringan in Keboansikep village, Gedangan sub- district, Sidoarjo district is 2.83. Keywords: Angkringan, Business, Business Feasibility
