Abstract

Rapid development of technology affects university competition in implementing their marketing strategies such as in the context of admitting new students. One of the strategies implemented is promotion using digital marketing. Apart from using Digital Marketing as a media for higher education promotion, exhibitions or expos can also be held by universities to help attract new students. By utilizing current technology, exhibitions can be held digitally or commonly known as Virtual Expos which allow users to interact directly with the virtual environment or with something bei The designed Virtual Expo will display booths from each undergraduate study program at UNTAG Surabaya. Implementation is done with 3D Modeling Software Blender and Game Engine Unity, then scripting (C#) is done in Visual Studio Code. Trials have also been carried out in this study including Alpha Testing Black Box, Performance Testing, and Questionnaires with the SUS Method. Based on the trials conducted using the Black Box, all functions and features can be run properly, and the Performance Testing gets an average of 40-50 Frames per Second. Usability testing with a questionnaire was carried out by 31 respondents to get a final SUS score of 66 Acceptable (D), which means the system is feasible to use.
