Abstract

Metode PID sering digunakan dalam kontrol motor DC. Pendekatan yang disebutkan diatas secara luas dipuji karena tingkat presisi yang tinggi dalam mengendalikan kecepatan motor arus searah (DC), yang mengarah pada rotasi motor yang konsisten dan kecepatan yang berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, memodifikasi parameter pengontrol proporsional-integral-derivatif (PID) memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan output motor arus searah (DC). Oleh karena itu, untuk memahami dampak nilai parameter pada kinerja motor dan kecepatan dalam kontrol motor DC, sangat penting untuk melakukan pemeriksaan konstanta PID. Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak parameter proporsional-integral-derivatif (PID) pada kinerja motor arus searah (DC). Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap dan menggabungkan berbagai elemen penting. Komponen yang tercakup dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap literatur yang ada, desain dan implementasi sistem kontrol motor DC, akuisisi data melalui pemanfaatan sensor enkoder, penerapan teknik kontrol PID, analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak Python, dan penilaian berkelanjutan terhadap modifikasi motor DC dengan menggunakan metode kontrol PID. Temuan yang diperoleh dari analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya penelitian tambahan. Python mampu memodifikasi konstanta pengontrol proporsional-integral-derivatif (PID) secara efisien. Sistem beroperasi secara efektif, berhasil mencapai setpoint yang telah ditentukan. Penyimpangan yang signifikan diamati pada titik referensi 120, 180, 270, dan 360. Sistem kontrol motor DC GM25-CPR menggunakan koefisien proporsional-integral-derivatif (PID) untuk mencapai regulasi kesalahan dan pencocokan yang tepat dari posisi sudut motor dengan setpoint. Namun demikian, proses penentuan konstanta untuk pengontrol proporsional-integral-derivatif (PID) memerlukan pendekatan coba-coba, dan penting untuk dicatat bahwa setpoint tertentu mungkin masih melampaui batas yang ditetapkan. Pemanfaatan nilai Kd dapat memberikan solusi untuk masalah khusus ini. Penelitian empiris telah memberikan bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien Kp yang rendah tidak optimal dalam hal kalibrasi kesalahan dan pengukuran derajat motor yang tepat. Dalam uji coba eksperimental yang melibatkan setpoint yang lebih besar, diamati bahwa pengukuran Derajat Motor menunjukkan kedekatan yang lebih besar dengan target ketika koefisien penguatan proporsional (Kp) yang lebih tinggi digunakan.
