Abstract

Plant Boiler Batubara di PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama merupakan plant untuk membuat steam, hampir semua kegiatan dalam proses produksi minyak goreng dan margarin memanfaatkan energi listrik, seperti motor listrik submersible dan sentrifugal dengan pengendali, komputer, ac inverter, dan masih banyak lainnya yang termasuk beban non-linier. Beban nonlinier merupakan beban listrik yang korelasi antara tegangan dengan arusnya tidak seimbang, beban non-linier ini akan mengakibatkan gangguan harmonisa pada sistem tenaga listrik yang menyebabkan berkurangnya masa pakai peralatan listrik.Harmonisa diartikan sebagai distorsi frekuensi tegangan dan arus yang tidak sinusoidal dari frekuensi murni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif desain filter aktif yang disimulasikan dengan program PSIM dalam meredam harmonisa dengan beban non linier 3 buah vsd yang disambungkan pada motor induksi 55KW, 0,37KW, dan 7,5KW. Hasil pengukuran dan analisa menunjukan adanya harmonisa pada panel SDP dengan nilai harmonisa arus untuk phasa R sebesar 26,6%, phasa S sebesar 27,5%, dan phasa T sebesar 25,5 %, setelah dibandingkan dengan standar harmonisa, semua phasa melebihi standart SPLN dengan nilai standar 20%. Maka diperlukan adanya peredaman harmonisa dengan filter aktif, setelah mendesain sebuah filter aktif dan disimulasikan pada program PSIM hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa harmonisa arus mengalami perubahan untuk phasa R sebesar 3,3%, phasa S sebesar 4,0%, dan phasa T sebesar 3,4 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa desain dari filter aktif cukup efektif dalam meredam sebuah harmonisa, untuk selanjutnya di aplikasikan secara nyata di PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama dalam meredam harmonisa di plant boiler batubara
