Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the income of the Home Industry of Shoes and Sandals in Krian District. The research data was obtained from direct observation and questionnaires in the Shoes and Sandals Industry in Krian District to collect data on industrial entrepreneurs in Krian District including respondent identity data and matters relating to technology, length of business and raw materials. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program. This research method is intended to seek and explain the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. Testing the hypothesis through the T test. This study took a sample of 30 respondents from a population in Krian District. The results showed that partially the Technology (X1) and Business Length (X2) variables had a significant effect on the Shoes and Sandals Home Industry Income in Krian District, while the Raw Materials variable (X3) had a negative effect on the Shoes and Sandals Home Industry Income in Krian District. From the regression results, the value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.852171, which means that the income of the Home Industry of Shoes and Sandals in Krian District is explained by variationsin technology variables, length of business and raw materials of 85.22%, while the remaining is 14.87%. influenced by other factors outside the model.
