Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the feasibility of the fish cracker business in the Bulak Fish Center, Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District, Surabaya City. To reveal these issues in depth and thoroughly, the authors use these issues in depth and as a whole, the authors use a qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation. And data analysis used in this research is income analysis and feasibility analysis. The population in this study were all fish cracker entrepreneurs in the bulak fish center in Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District, Surabaya City, totaling approximately 30 entrepreneurs to provide an explanation of the objects in the research included. The informants chosen by the researchers were people who had a fish cracker business for at least 2 years in the fish cracker business. Informal in this study were 6 fish cracker entrepreneurs in bulak fish centers in Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District, Surabaya City.The results of the study show the feasibility of the Fish Cracker business with the calculation of income analysis, namely income and profits. As well as a business feasibility analysis using the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Return of Investment (ROI) from the 6 informants in the bulak fish center which showed the result that the fish cracker business in the Bulak Fish Center, Kelurahan Kedung Cowek, Bulak District, Surabaya City is feasible to run and has the ability to be developed.
