Abstract
E-commerce is an online platform for conducting buying and selling activities that can be accessed anywhere and anytime, with examples such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, and others. It aims to simplify the process for both sellers and buyers because offline sales can sometimes be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially when the locations are far apart. A similar case can be observed in the Toko Aquarium Delivery Surabaya, where there are challenges in adapting the design and managing service times. To address these issues, researchers propose a solution through the design of aquascapes that allow interaction for buyers. This goal is supported by the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. User-Centered Design (UCD) is a design approach that focuses on the usability, characteristics, users, environment, tasks, and workflow in the design process. UCD has the advantage of not only involving program developers but also allowing users to design aquascapes themselves. The "drag and drop" feature is a part of this design, which allows users to interact with the design by dragging and dropping elements onto objects or backgrounds provided. This feature provides users with greater flexibility in interacting with designs that they prefer. Keyword : UCD, Drag and Drop, E – Commerce
