Abstract

The East Java Provincial Health Office annually collects population health data, including infants and toddlers. This activity can provide information related to the health of the population of each city/regency in East Java. However, the Health Office has not carried out data processing clustering, which has resulted in the health level of infants and toddlers in each region being not known with certainty. From the existing problems, based on the author's observation, the system for recording and managing data regarding the potential for malnutrition in East Java is currently still in the form of data and there is a shortage of the data which is still accumulative, so details regarding potential locations for malnutrition do not yet exist. it is necessary to process the data into a clustering using K-means clustering to make it easier to classify the health levels of infants and toddlers in East Java. The results of the implementation of the geospatial technology system in the form of a graphic map as information on points of malnutrition in East Java can be accessed by the East Java Health Office which can be used to manage disease data, to determine the level of vulnerability, and can be accessed by the public to find maps of the distribution of malnutrition. The public can easily report cases of malnutrition in the province of East Java that are occurring or have occurred by accessing this application page online.
