Abstract

Diagnosis of disease in lovebirds is an important role for knowledge and effective treatment. This study aims to design and build a diagnostic application for lovebird diseases based on Android using the Certainty Factor method. This method defines a measure of certainty about facts or rules to describe an expert's belief in the problem at hand. The problem formulation stage is to identify problems and data collection techniques involve interviews with Doctor Muhammad Iqbal Hanapi 'DRD Veterinary and literature review. Data analysis using qualitative interview techniques, including preparation, reduction, and presentation of data. The result is an android�based application for diagnosing lovebird diseases that helps lovebird owners recognize the symptoms of disease suffered by lovebirds. This research contributes to informatics science and effective solutions in the treatment of diseases in lovebirds. Keywords : Lovebird Disease Diagnosis, Certainty Factor , Android
