Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workforce quality, business location, and product variation on the income of Microenterprise in Kampung Pia in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to identify the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The data used in this study were obtained through a survey using questionnaires distributed to the owners of Microenterprises in Kampung Pia in Kejapanan Village. The observed independent variables are workforce quality, business location, and product variation, while the dependent variable is the income of Microenterprise. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that workforce quality, business location, and product variation significantly influence the income of Microenterprise in Kampung Pia. Good workforce quality can increase the income of Microenterprise, while strategic business location and diverse product variations also have a positive impact on Microenterprise income. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of attention to workforce quality development, strategic business location selection, and diverse product offerings in increasing Microenterprise income. The owners of Microenterprise in Kampung Pia in Kejapanan Village can consider these aspects to improve their business income. The results obtained from the multiple linear regression test equation can be concluded that from the t-test results, it is known that the variables of Workforce Quality (X1), Business Location (X2), and Product Variation (X3) partially have a significant influence on Microenterprise income (Y). Furthermore, from the F-test results, it is known that the independent variables consisting of Workforce Quality (X1), Business Location (X2), and Product Variation (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence on Microenterprise income (Y). Based on the analysis of the contribution or influence of Workforce Quality (X1), Business Location (X2), and Product Variation (X3) on the changes in the income variable of micro Pia cake businesses in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, the determination coefficient or contribution is 40.6%.
