Abstract

Listrik merupakan komponen penting dalam kehidupan. Di antara bagian-bagian listrik ini ada yang disebut transformator distribusi, yang memiliki fungsi mentransfer daya listrik dari gardu induk ke pusat beban. Kebutuhan listrik tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan beban, agar transformator bekerja optimal maka harus memperhatikan penyaluran ke beban. Pada saat transformator dibebani, diharapkan nilai pembebanan tidak lebih dari minimum yang dipersyaratkan, atau 80%. Diantisipasi bahwa nilai pembebanan setiap fasa pada pembebanan transformator (R, S, dan T) seimbang. Transformator yang digunakan untuk penyaluran tenaga listrik sering mengalami ketidakseimbangan beban, dan kondisi ketidakseimbangan ini diakibatkan oleh pembebanan yang tidak merata. Akhirnya ada arus yang melewati konduktor netral transformator yang merupakan indikasi terjadi ketidakseimbangan transformator dan menjadikan kerugian khususnya arus netral pada kawat netral transformator. Permasalahan ini dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasilnya, menunjukan bahwa transformator dalam keadaan tidak seimbang dimana munculnya arus netral transformator. Persentase pembebanan transformator yaitu 43,6% dan ketidakseimbangan beban 10,4%. Oleh karena itu, arus netral yang tampak juga besar. Efisiensi transformator akan lebih besar jika ada sedikit perbedaan dalam daya yang mengalir masuk dan keluar. pemadaman listrik yang terjadi 3,807 kW maka persentasenya 0,22% dan efisiensi cukup besar yaitu 96,2%.
