Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management accounting information systems and performance measurement systems on managerial performance at Komodo Labuan Bajo General Hospital either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of the Komodo Labuan Bajo General Hospital, and the sample in this study were 30 heads of departments at the Komodo Labuan Bajo General Hospital. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique is the distribution of questionnaires. In data analysis techniques, researchers used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS version 26. The results showed that the partial test of the management accounting information system had a positive and significant effect on performance managerial and performance measurement systems have a significant effect on managerial performance. Likewise in the simultaneous test, the management accounting information system and the performance measurement system simultaneously have a significant effect on managerial performance.
