Abstract
Based on the results of research analyzing the smoked fish business at the Bulak Fish Center, Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District, Surabaya City, there are owners of this smoked fish business that have been running for 3-11 years. The smoked fish business in the Bulak Fish Center, Kedung Cowek Subdistrict, Bulak District, Surabaya City was studied by 7 informants. This study used observation, documentation, interviews and documentation as tools for primary data collection. The researcher also used a qualitative method as a tool for calculating the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) and Return On Investment (ROI) as indicators of the feasibility of a smoked fish business. Based on this research, it has been carried out that the business feasibility analysis of the research object is in the form of smoked fish business at the Bulak Fish Center, Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District, Surabaya City. Obtained from the results of the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) yielding an average of 1.30 > 1, the smoked fish business is feasible to run, the results of the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) yield an average of 2.22 > 1, which means it is feasible to run, while the return on investment (ROI) yields an average of 123.35%, which means > 1, so the average smoked fish business in the Bulak Fish Center, Kedung Cowek Village, Bulak District In the city of Surabaya, the smoked fish business is feasible.
