Abstract

Social deviation persists, even when the perpetrators are subject to rules or even punishment. This may be due to a lack of public awareness of the bad behavior of deviant behavior. Ironically, many people take pride in engaging in deviant behavior that includes child abuse. Children are God's gifts that must be protected and cherished. However, there are many cases of violence against children, often even within their own families. This is usually due to family and financial factors that occur in the internal family of the child. The research findings show that the Child Welfare Law treats guarantees for children subject to debt guarantees as a crime that violates the provisions of Article 76I juncto Article 88 because it is classified as an act of economic exploitation. child. The point of view of Islam is not much different from the provisions of national law. Children are not legal objects because they are not assets that can be mortgaged, nor are they legal objects that can be used as collateral because children do not have legal authority. The aim of the study is to analyze law enforcement against the exploitation of children by adults. The research method uses empirical legal research methods, which are reviewed from a criminological approach.
