Abstract
Replacement of profibus components and contactors on a 110 ton Fine Blanking machine at PT Toshin Prima Fine Surabaya. Thus it is necessary to conduct research to analyze the cost and time needed to replace profibus components and contactors. The research objectives were to (1) Obtain the replacement time for profibus components and contactors, (2) Obtain the cost and replacement time needed to replace profibus components and contactors. Through the distribution suitability test with the Kolmogorov Smirnov method, it was found that (1) the time to replace the profibus component corresponds to the Weibull distribution with an average mileage of 29.54 days and a reliability of up to 47% (2). The cost required for each profibus replacement on a 1100 ton Fine Blanking machine is IDR 1,250,000. The average repair time required for each profibus component replacement on a 1100 ton Fine Blanking machine is 3.85 minutes. The replacement time for contactor components is in accordance with the Weibull distribution with an average replacement time of 30.42 days and a reliability of 46%. The cost required for each contactor replacement on a 1100 ton Fine Blanking machine is IDR 650,000. The average repair time required for each contactor component replacement on a 1100 ton Fine Blanking machine is 24.75 minutes. Keywords: profibus, contactor, replacement time
